Are you an avid runner who is looking to run with or without your kids and meet other moms? If either of these sound like you, our Fit4Mom Run Club is where you should be!
What do you get when you train with Fit4Mom Bartlett-Barrington?
•Bi-Weekly Training Runs at Mallard Lake in Bloomingdale or the paths behind the Bartlett Park District
•At-home training plans to get you ready for the 5K/10K. These training programs are appropriate for beginner and intermediate runners. This is support and additional training is provided in the Run Club private FB page.
•Strollers are welcome at the training runs or come run alone for some me time.
•Support, camaraderie and accountability from your certified FIT4MOM run coach and fellow moms.
10K Training Program $70
*7 group runs led by a certified run coach. First run is May 16th.
*Access to private FB page for accountability checks, run tips, and support from other Run Club moms
* One Family Fun Run a month
*Prepared and ready to run the Streamwood Stride 10K on Saturday, June 10.**Participation in the race is not required
