"Recently finishing the Body Back Transformation mini session got me reflecting from the beginning of my total fitness journey to date. It started after I got pregnant with my first baby, Mikey, just after Thanksgiving 2015. Prior to getting pregnant, I hadn't really worked out for a good 5 years. Thanks to my now friend Alyssa for posting Fit4Baby classes on our neighborhood Facebook page- Fit4Mom has changed everything for me.

Before Fit4Mom I was literally popping buttons out of my size 10 pants and needed to buy a size 12. I was hoping to get back to a size 8. Thanks to Fit4Mom classes and all of the amazing ladies, I just bought four pair of size 6s!!!! From pre-pregnancy to now (a little over a year ago) I'm at 38 lbs lost from Fit4Baby, Stroller Strides and now Body Back - That's my win :)

So, I just wanted to thank you all for letting me join you on your journeys and for being a part of mine. You all are beautiful and strong and such an inspiration/motivation for me to keep coming back."

Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Our HIIT workouts (a technique used by performance athletes that feature repeated bouts of short duration/high intensity exercises) are a critical component to the program as it burns more calories, increases endurance and sheds more fat in the least amount of time. The result is weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy.

  • Sept. 13 - Nov. 4 at the Stratford Square Fit4Mom Studio. Wednesday 7:30 p.m. & Saturdays 7:30 a.m.

Roselle -- Clauss Recreation Center
